The carbon dioxide bursting machine features safe and efficient operation. It is applied to coal mining working faces in coal mines to replace conventional blasting mining methods and realize coal caving on the working face. It has the advantages of high bursting power, large coal discharge capacity, lump coal formation, and short throwing distance, reducing labor intensity of workers and avoiding casualties caused by traditional blasting accidents. In addition, the machine achieves a high lump coal rate, significantly reduces pulverized coal proportion, produces almost no dust, and greatly lowers the risk of coal dust explosion.
Service environment requirements: Operation shall be avoided in poorly ventilated spaces with dust or chemical pollution to ensure operational safety and equipment performance.
Equipment calibration: The carbon dioxide bursting machine shall be calibrated before use to ensure normal operation and expected performance.
Operator training: To ensure correct and safe operation, operators must receive professional training and be familiar with equipment characteristics, operating procedures and safety precautions.
Working pressure regulation: The high-pressure gas generated by the carbon dioxide bursting machine shall be regulated and controlled within the specified range, so as to prevent equipment damage or personal injury caused by high-pressure gas leakage or sudden release.
