I. Application Scope

The deep-sea simulation hydrostatic pressure testing machine developed by Jinan Simingte is capable of conducting deep-sea simulation experiments with depths ranging from 0 to 12,000 meters (pressure range: 0-120 MPa). It can simulate high-pressure deformation and failure tests as well as high-pressure fatigue tests under deep-sea conditions. The machine allows for the setting of parameters such as pressurization time, pressurization rate, pressure holding detection range, pressure holding time, and upper and lower limits of test pressure. It is widely used for hydrostatic pressure simulation experiments on various products, including underwater optical cables, underwater robots, deep-sea buoys, underwater lamps, sensors, and deep-sea ROV robots, making it an ideal choice for research institutions and companies.

II. Equipment Composition
The system is equipped with a high-pressure automatic pressure vessel where test specimens can be placed inside.
It is configured with a pressure simulation control device to simulate deep-sea pressure and conduct external pressure simulation experiments on the test specimens.
The pressure vessel's lid opening mechanism offers both manual and automatic opening modes for automatic opening and closing operations of the pressure vessel.

III. Equipment Features

It is equipped with both manual and automatic lid opening modes for opening and closing the pressure vessel.
The test pressure can be automatically adjusted to achieve automatic simulation control of water depth pressure for automatic pressure testing of products.
It allows for optional control of other parameters such as water depth, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH.

Deepwater Subsea Connector

Underwater Connection Joint Watertight Connector

Imported connection connectors are adopted, enabling communication between the tested product and external systems. These connectors can withstand an underwater pressure environment of up to 12,000 mm (equivalent to 120 MPa), and feature resistance to low temperatures, high pressure, and corrosion. They are available in configurations ranging from 1-core to 32-core.

Underwater Wiring and Underwater Communication Junction Housings are manufactured using 316L stainless steel, titanium alloy, or high-pressure resistant fiber materials, capable of withstanding pressures at depths of up to 10,000 meters underwater. Custom non-standard designs are available based on customer requirements. The housings can accommodate various sensors such as water pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and salinity sensors for collecting underwater data, or they can be used in other scenarios where component protection is needed. Suitable for use in both fresh water and seawater environments.

Submarine, umbilical cable, submarine communication fiber optic cable, and pipeline collapse testing machine is primarily used to conduct collapse tests on submarine pipelines by applying external hydrostatic pressure under deep-sea conditions at depths of 1 to 10,000 meters, with pressures ranging from 0 to 100.0 MPa and temperatures from -2°C to 30°C. The test results are read through the testing software.

Deep-sea underwater camera, with a maximum water depth resistance of 10,000 meters, and also equipped with a 2,000-meter underwater camera.

Deep-Sea Waterproof Camera - Underwater Camera integrates a high-definition camera with efficient, low-voltage light sources and other components into a single unit for underwater surveillance and exploration. This product is primarily used in areas such as deep-sea mineral exploitation, deep-sea salvage, underwater life research, marine environmental surveys, marine ecological environment monitoring, and national defense and military applications. The deep-sea underwater camera can withstand water depths of up to 10,000 meters.

The Buoy Pressure Withstand Testing Machine is mainly used for pressure testing of buoys. This equipment features test parameter setting, real-time monitoring, data acquisition and analysis, and automatic recording of test pressure and duration. It can automatically run tests based on set pressure-holding times. The device is equipped with a pressure test chamber for placing the test specimen and subjecting it to external pressure testing.

 

Buoy Pressure Withstand Testing Machine

Umbilical Cable Pressure Withstand Test Device is mainly used for pressure strength testing of umbilical cables. The system is equipped with a pressure test chamber for placing the test specimen inside and conducting relevant pressure tests. The pressure chamber is equipped with an automatic lid opening and closing device for convenient operation. The test bench is configured with relevant data acquisition devices for collecting pressure data, which can be recorded and output as test reports.

Umbilical Cable Pressure Withstand Test Device

The Shell and Rocket Launcher Hydrostatic Testing Machine is primarily used for hydrostatic pressure testing of shells and rocket launcher bodies. This testing machine is controlled by a microcomputer throughout the test process, allowing real-time display of pressure-time curves. Test results can be automatically saved or printed, and can be automatically saved in case of power failure. Parameters such as output pressure and pressure holding time can be freely set within the allowable range. The system is equipped with an automatic hydraulic clamping mechanism for automatically clamping the test specimen. The product testing can be performed in either a single-station or multi-station configuration based on test requirements. The bottom is equipped with a water tank for storing fresh water used in the test casing.
