I. Application Scope:

This equipment is suitable for hydraulic testing within the range of 0-280 MPa. It can meet the factory inspection requirements for products such as drilling blowout preventers, X-mas trees and wellhead assemblies, choke and kill manifolds, as well as the functional testing of the aforementioned products.

This model of hydraulic test bench is applicable for pressure tightness testing of various pressure vessels, including but not limited to petroleum engineering pipes, blowout preventers, valves, gas wellhead assemblies, manifolds, downhole tools, as well as those used in the aviation industry, scientific research institutions, and other sectors.

III. Equipment Features:

  1. The equipment pressure is adjustable and controllable.

  2. It can be configured with video surveillance for remote monitoring.

  3. All pressure-bearing components utilize standard parts from internationally renowned brands. With no welded connections, they are easy to disassemble, feature high safety factors, long service life, and are convenient for maintenance.

IV. Technical Specifications

  1. Driving Air Pressure Range: 0.1-0.69 MPa; the output pressure is proportional to the driving air pressure.

  2. Air Consumption: 1.6 Nm³/min

  3. Pressure Testing Range: 0-280 MPa. The corresponding pressure can be selected based on actual customer requirements.

  4. Working Medium: Water/Hydraulic Oil.

  5. Computerized data acquisition and control systems can be configured according to customer requirements.

Portable Pneumatic Pressure Test Pump System

The system is equipped with a circular chart recorder for real-time recording of pressure test data and weighs less than 30kg. It can achieve a maximum hydraulic pressure of up to 280MPa, meeting the on-site pressure testing requirements for blowout preventers, Christmas trees, and wellhead assemblies.

Downhole Tool High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) Simulation Test System

The SUPER Downhole Tool High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) Simulation Test System is developed in accordance with relevant standards, effectively meeting your testing objectives and delivering accurate test results. This test machine operates within a pressure range of 0–210 MPa and is primarily used for simulating high-temperature and high-pressure conditions on various packers, downhole tools, and sealing components to evaluate their heat resistance, pressure resistance, and sealing performance. It is capable of conducting oil immersion performance tests on Φ177.8 mm series downhole tools under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

BOP Hydrostatic Seal Test Bench

The system can use water or oil as the pressure testing medium to conduct hydrostatic seal and strength tests on blowout preventers, with a maximum pressure of up to 100 MPa. Test data must be collected and displayed in real time, and should be retrievable and printable.

High-Pressure Downhole Tool Seal Detection Device

 

The High-Pressure Downhole Tool Seal Testing Device uses nitrogen as the test medium. It is suitable for pressure integrity testing of oil and gas production equipment such as Christmas trees, blowout preventers, wellhead assemblies, choke and kill manifolds, high-pressure valves, as well as other reduced-bore connection devices and downhole tools.
