I. Application Range
The hydrostatic testing equipment developed by Jinan SUPER is widely used for pressure testing of housings, pipe fittings, pressure vessels, and similar components. It features data printing, data acquisition, and is equipped with a USB port, allowing data to be exported to a computer at any time without manual intervention. Quality traceability is supported.
II. System Composition
The hydrostatic testing machine is equipped with a Simingte booster pump, enabling pressure testing at various levels with adjustable pressure.
Dual-pump operation: one filling pump and one pressure testing pump.
Capable of printing test reports in both Chinese and English.
Paperless data recording and data acquisition—simply plug in a USB drive.

IV. Technical Specifications
Data Recording: Optional manual recording or computer-based recording.
Pressure: Up to 300 MPa, adjustable within a certain range (pressure levels vary by model, ranging from 1 MPa to 300 MPa).
Time Control: Pressure holding time is controlled via a time relay, with an audible and visual alarm when the set time is reached.
Pressurization Time: The dual-pump design (filling first, then pressurizing) significantly reduces the time required for pressurization.
Test Medium: Water, oil, or emulsion are all acceptable.
Operation: One-touch operation with full automation.
