SUPER SUPY1.0 Pressure & Temperature Data Acquisition Software is a new data acquisition program independently developed by Simte. It runs on the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 platform, and an integrated control system programmed with matching control software is also available. The system supports gradient pressure rise and automatic regulation.

The filter sealing test bench is mainly used for sealing performance testing of system components. It is divided into four types based on different test media: No.15 aviation hydraulic oil, 4050 lubricating oil, RP-3 fuel oil and No.65 cooling liquid.
It complies with the technical requirements for low-pressure and high-pressure sealing tests of filters specified in HB 5825-96 General Specification for Aviation Hydraulic Filters.
The electric choke manifold control box adopts an electro-hydraulic pump and electronic measurement & control system. All electrical components are intrinsically explosion-proof. The instrument panel features clear digital display and self-check function. Equipped with reliable and highly sensitive electronic pressure transmitters, the unit can control the opening and closing of one hydraulic choke valve.
The panel of the control box displays system pressure, standpipe pressure, casing pressure and the opening position of the hydraulic choke valve. The outlet of the oil pipeline faces downward for convenient pipeline connection, and quick couplings are adopted for all pipeline joints.
Hollow Insulator Pressure Cycle & Burst Test Machine
This machine is mainly used for pressure cycle tests and burst resistance performance inspection of hollow insulators, complying with relevant test standards.
The test machine features safe operation and overload protection. It will automatically stop the test when the test force exceeds the preset value by 2% to 5%. It also shuts down automatically once the test specimen fractures to protect operators.
Data Acquisition Software
This data acquisition software is specially developed for the petroleum industry, applicable to hydrostatic pressure tests of blowout preventers, valves, Christmas trees for oil production, gas production trees and other equipment. It can display real-time pressure curves, print test reports and store test data.
It is widely adopted by research institutes, manufacturing plants and other sectors requiring data collection and display functions. SUPER pressure data acquisition software is equipped with built-in data statistics modules, supporting data storage in Excel format and automatic test report generation.
