Ultra-high pressure solenoid valve
Operating pressure up to 1034 MPa; Connection types: ferrule fitting and high-pressure cone tube connection; Connection sizes: Φ1/16", Φ1/8", Φ1/4", Φ3/8", Φ9/16", Φ3/4", Φ1"; Threaded connections are adopted for pressure below 50 MPa. Material: 316 stainless steel. Working media: most gases and liquids. High-pressure components are imported from the United States. Operating temperature up to 500°C, widely applied in ultra-high pressure automatic control systems.
Features
The ultra-high pressure solenoid valve adopts ordinary compressed air of 0.2–0.8 MPa as power source. Opening and closing of the high-pressure valve are realized by regulating compressed air. An Airtac solenoid valve is pre-equipped to control the compressed air.
All sliding parts are guided with plastic bearing liners to maintain low friction and deliver excellent wear resistance.
The outer housing is anodized for anti-corrosion protection; the rotary shaft is coated with hard nickel-phosphorus alloy; screws and nuts are made of stainless steel. All high-pressure components are imported from the United States.
