SUPER Series B Gas Booster Pumps are two-stage booster pumps that compress gas through two stages to achieve high pressure. The driving air pressure for the gas booster pump ranges from 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa, and the inlet gas pressure ranges from 0.5 bar to 10 bar, with a maximum output pressure of 90 MPa.
Equipped with air-controlled reversing valves, the booster pumps require no power supply and feature automatic reversing function. The entire pump body is constructed of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. This product can boost various gases including air, nitrogen, hydrogen and more.
For the air-driven section of this series, lubricated drive gas is required to lubricate seals and other internal components. The driving piston diameter of this pump series is 160 mm.
The working principle diagram of Simint gas booster pumps is shown below.

Working Principle of Gas Booster Pump |
SUPER gas booster pumps adopt compressed air cylinders as power to pressurize target gas. This pump is a two-stage unit that boosts the target gas via primary and secondary compression.
The driving cylinder features a larger bore than the gas compression cylinder. Based on the area ratio between the two cylinders, the pressure of the target gas is increased. The operating principle of the booster pump follows Pascal's Law: a large-area piston pushes a small-area piston to generate pressure amplification, which ultimately raises the pressure of the target gas.
The SUPER gas booster pump is equipped with a pneumatic reversing valve for automatic reciprocating switching.

The G series air-driven liquid booster pumps are designed to pressurize liquid media, capable of generating ultra-high pressure up to 320 MPa. The drive air pressure ranges from 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa with stepless pressure regulation. The unit consumes no energy during pressure holding and allows frequent startup.
SUPER supplies gas sampling pumps for collecting various gas samples to facilitate laboratory analysis. Two operation modes are available: pneumatic drive and 220V electric drive. Each unit is equipped with a high-pressure buffer tank to store sampled gas, and the test gas pressure can reach a maximum of 30 MPa.
The pneumatic gas sampling pump uses low-pressure air as its power source, featuring stepless adjustable pressure, making it suitable for explosion-proof environments.

Carbon dioxide booster pumps are mainly applied for CO₂ filling, pressure boosting and carbon dioxide extraction processes. They feature reliable structure, excellent operational stability, and low-temperature resistant & wear-resistant sealing rings.
Driven by compressed air, this booster pump realizes self-boosting to deliver carbon dioxide at ultra-high pressure. Its output pressure is adjustable and controllable. With compressed air as the driving source, the CO₂ booster pump is applicable to explosion-proof areas.
