1. Application Scope
The hydraulically driven liquid booster pump, developed and produced by Jinan Simite, uses 380V or 220V power supply as the power source for the booster pump. It is used for pressure testing of valves, pipelines, containers, and other products, achieving ultra-high pressures up to 600 MPa. It can be applied in industries such as pressure testing, high-pressure burst testing, product pressure testing, and cleaning. The high-pressure booster pump features a ceramic plunger for the piston rod, ensuring robustness, durability, and a long service life.

2. Technical Advantages of the Hydraulically Driven Liquid Booster Pump

By using hydraulic oil pressure as the power source for the test pump, it operates on Pascal's principle (large area pushing small area). The flow rate per stroke is large, 10 times that of conventional electric test pumps. This significantly reduces seal wear, greatly extending the lifespan.

Easy to automate: The high-pressure output can be controlled by regulating the hydraulic pressure.

Simple structure, easy to maintain.

Equipped with a high-pressure check valve at the outlet, it ensures stable pressure maintenance and excellent pressure holding performance.

Adjustable and controllable pressure: The output pressure can be precisely controlled using servo valves or proportional valves.

Compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry and transport.

3. SUPER Technical Features

Various automation control methods are available, including software control and PLC control.

Provides complete test solutions ranging from several megapascals to hundreds of megapascals.
