Application Scope

The hydraulic-driven gas booster pump developed and produced by Jinan Simente adopts 380V or 220V power supply as the power of the booster pump, and hydraulic oil as the power source of the pump itself. The maximum pressure can reach 140MPa, and the intake pressure can adopt cylinder gas pressure. The intake pressure is high and the pressure is steplessly adjustable. It can realize various control methods such as automatic control and computer control. It can be used in occasions such as gas recovery, high-pressure testing, gas filling, and gas compression.

II. Technical Features of Hydraulic-Driven Compression Pumps

  1. Non-standard customized products can be tailored to meet the needs of different customers, accommodating pressure testing in various scenarios.

  2. Various automatic control methods are available, including software control, PLC control, digital display control, and pressure switch control, among others.

  3. Comprehensive testing solutions can be provided, ranging from several MPa to 140 MPa.

G-Series Hydraulic Pneumatic Pumps utilize a single air-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion. The gas-driven section of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy. The wetted parts are constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on the medium. All sealing components of the pump are high-quality imported products, ensuring the pump's performance. The driving piston diameter for this series is 160mm. The driving air pressure is 10 bar; however, to ensure the pump's longevity, it is recommended to use an air pressure of <8 bar.
