Features of Natural Gas Booster Pump
This booster pump is specially designed for natural gas. It can improve insufficient natural gas pressure, enabling more complete combustion and greater firepower. Thanks to its negative pressure function, it is widely used in various natural gas pipeline transportation, boiler pressurization and generator pressurization applications.
It can be applied in scenarios with low natural gas combustion pressure and low transmission pipeline pressure.
Differences from Other Pumps:
Excellent air tightness: Strict air tightness testing is conducted from the air inlet to the air outlet, ensuring no leakage.
Large flow rate: Ranging from 0.3 m³/min to 90 m³/min. Different models can be selected according to requirements.
Long service life: The air circuit and electric circuit are strictly separated, preventing the electrical service life from being affected by moisture-rich gas.
Good maintainability: Can be repaired independently with simple tools and accessories.
Explosion-proof motor
Adjustable pressure and flow rate within a certain range
Working Principle (For Reference):
By utilizing the mutual extrusion function of two rotors, low-pressure natural gas is delivered, and high pressure is generated during the extrusion process.

SUPER Natural Gas Booster Pump Series B is a two-stage booster pump, which can boost extremely low-pressure gas to a very high pressure. The driving air pressure is ≤ 7 bar, the gas inlet pressure ranges from 0.5 to 10 bar, and the outlet pressure can reach up to 90 MPa.
The reversing mode of this series is identical to that of Series N. The entire pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
It is used for laboratory reactions and can perform controlled pressurization of natural gas in reaction kettles.
The pneumatic drive part of this series requires lubricating gas to lubricate the seals and other internal components. The drive piston diameter of this series pump is 160 mm.
Siminte Natural Gas Booster Pump Series B_A is a new product developed by the company on the basis of Series B.
Compared with Series B, it features a longer service life and easier maintenance, significantly improving the pump’s service life.

Series G booster pumps adopt a single pneumatically controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to achieve the automatic reciprocating motion of the pump. The pneumatic drive part of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy.
The wetted parts are made of carbon steel or stainless steel depending on the medium. All seals of the pump are imported high-quality products, thus ensuring the pump's performance.
The drive piston diameter of this series is 160 mm, with a drive pressure of 10 bar. To ensure the service life of the pump, it is recommended to use an air pressure of < 8 bar.

Pressure and Flow Test Bench - Flow Testing Machine for Water Pumps, Pipelines and Valves
Flow rate, also known as instantaneous flow rate, refers to the amount of fluid passing through an effective cross-section of an open channel or a closed pipeline per unit time.
Volumetric flow rate measures the fluid by volume; mass flow rate measures the fluid by mass.
The pressure-volume controller uses deaerated water as the working medium to provide water pressure and volume measurement.
Pressure is controlled and regulated via a closed loop.
Precise control is achieved by calculating the propulsion speed of the servo motor rotation.
The device is equipped with a computer interface and can be controlled by a computer.
It also serves as an ideal backpressure source and can measure the volume change of water in the specimen.
