The high-pressure pneumatic test bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. features a dual pneumatic pressure pump as its main body, consisting of a low-stage pressure pump and a high-stage pressure pump. The low-stage pressure pump has a ratio of 1:64, and the high-stage pressure pump has a ratio of 1:255. It has an integral mobile structure, equipped with fixing and balancing devices in the working state to meet transportation needs. Each pressure pump has an independent control switch, allowing convenient and adjustable operating speeds, and can completely cut off the working air source of the pump. When the low-stage pressure pump operates independently, pressure can be output through the path of the high-stage pressure pump. The output end of each pressure pump is equipped with a check valve, and each output port is fitted with a shut-off valve to prevent pressure backflow.
