I. Application Range:
Jinan SUPER has developed this equipment in strict accordance with the detailed requirements for gas cylinder hydrostatic testing methods, testing devices, and operating procedures specified in the following standards: National Standard GB/T9251-1997 "Method for Hydrostatic Test of Gas Cylinders," GB/T13004-2016 "Periodic Inspection and Evaluation of Seamless Steel Gas Cylinders," GB/T9251-2010 "Method for Hydrostatic Test of Gas Cylinders," and CGA C-1 "Method for Hydrostatic Testing of Compressed Gas Cylinders." Compared to traditional manual water jacket test devices, this computer-controlled water jacket test device offers the advantages of real-time data acquisition and high precision. It enables real-time data display, as well as functions for saving and querying data after testing.
Vehicle natural gas cylinders are divided into seamless steel cylinders and wrapped cylinders (common manufacturers include Beijing Tianhai, Chongqing Yifeng, etc.). The equipment is primarily used to measure technical parameters such as total expansion volume, residual expansion volume, and expansion rate under pressure resistance. Data tracking and retrieval are convenient and efficient.

The external test of the gas cylinder adopts a pneumatic-liquid method for pressurization, with the wetted parts made of stainless steel.

Multiple water jackets of different models are available to meet the requirements of various test specifications.

A high-precision calibration pressure gauge is used to calibrate the test pressure gauge.

The software features a user-friendly interface that eliminates human errors and records the corresponding test pressure and expansion volume.

Upon completion of the hydrostatic test, the computer acquires the initial water level, high water level, high pressure, and final water level. The total expansion value, residual expansion value, and residual expansion rate of the gas cylinder are then calculated through the host computer.

An electronic weighing device replaces the traditional burette, and an electronic digital sensor accurately reads pressure and expansion values.
