1. Application Scope of Cylinder Internal Cleaning Machine
Developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd., this machine is designed for internal cleaning of natural gas steel cylinders and filament-wound cylinders, applicable to cylinders with nominal volume ranging from 30L to 120L. It is equipped with height-adjustable connectors to fit cylinders of varying heights and dedicated cleaning assemblies for interior washing.
Standard operating specifications shall be followed during operation. Regular inspection of equipment running status is required to guarantee stable performance. Appropriate cleaning agents and procedures shall be selected according to cylinder material and contamination level. Routine maintenance is essential to extend service life.
