Ⅰ. Application Scope of Fire Extinguisher Alternating Pressure Tester
Developed by Jinan SUPER, this tester is mainly used for alternating pressure fatigue tests on fire extinguishers and fire-fighting gas cylinders, including dry powder fire extinguishers, water-based fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide cylinders and other types.
It complies with standards: GB/T 9252-1988 Gas Cylinder Fatigue Test Method and GB 4351 Portable Fire Extinguishers.
The equipment can screen out unqualified fire extinguishers with poor performance and potential safety hazards, so as to prevent malfunctions and safety accidents in practical use.

III. Composition of Fire Extinguisher Alternating Pressure Test Equipment
The test bench consists of three main parts:
Hydraulic system: alternating pressure test pump and pulse generator.
Test cabinet: mainly used for installing test specimens, pressure regulation and system pressure indication.
Electrical control cabinet and computer test system: start buttons and instruments are mounted on the console for centralized control and condition monitoring. The computer system can collect parameters such as test pressure waveform, test cycles and pulse frequency, support report printing and fault alarm function.
