I. Application Scope
The fire extinguisher burst tester manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is designed for hydraulic burst strength testing of fire extinguisher cylinders. It is widely adopted for production inspection, product development and research in fire extinguisher manufacturers, product quality inspection institutes, scientific research institutions, universities and other entities. It is applicable to wheeled fire extinguishers, dry powder fire extinguishers, water-based fire cylinders and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers.
During testing, fire extinguishers that have passed the hydraulic pressure test are mounted on the test bench equipped with safety protection devices. The operation steps are as follows: first boost the pressure to the maximum working pressure and then release the pressure, repeat this process several times to remove air bubbles in the water. Afterwards, raise pressure at a slow and uniform rate until the fire extinguisher ruptures. By monitoring the pressure variation throughout the test, burst pressure and the post-burst condition of the fire extinguisher, the product quality and safety performance of fire extinguishers can be evaluated.
II. Technical Parameters

Driving air pressure range: 0.1–0.69 MPa; the output pressure is proportional to the driving air pressure.

Adjustable pressure rise rate, which is regulated via computer control.
Dual control modes available: manual control and computer control, which operate independently without mutual interference.
High-pressure burst observation window to effectively protect operators from potential hazards.
Multiple controllable test modes: constant-speed pressure rise to burst, constant-speed pressure rise + pressure holding followed by secondary pressurization, and automatic pressure relief after constant-speed pressurization to a preset pressure value.
