I. Product Introduction
The vertical valve test bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is suitable for testing valves with small-size flange connections, as well as valves with welded connections and threaded connections. This test bench complies with relevant standards such as GB/T-13927-2008 "Pressure Test of General Valves", JB/T9092-99 "Inspection and Test of Valves" and API 598 (American Standard). III. Features of Vertical Valve Test Bench
- Equipped with oil cylinder self-locking function: When there is pressure in the tested valve cavity, the compaction oil cylinder cannot be released to prevent operational errors.
- Equipped with sound and light alarm function: After the pressure holding is completed, the equipment will automatically give a buzzer alarm, and the light will remind whether the test result is normal.
- The piston rod is made of 40Cr material, subjected to quenching and tempering treatment with a hardness of HRC28~32, and the surface is chrome-plated; the hydraulic manifold block and hydraulic pipeline shall be pickled.
- The water pipeline is made of 304 stainless steel, and the test bench is equipped with high and low pressure stainless steel water pumps.
- Each unit is equipped with a safety door.
- The PLC data management system is movable. Both the PLC and the machine are equipped with sockets and pipelines or pipeline interfaces, which can realize the connection between the PLC data management system and three valve test equipment respectively.
- Valve liquid high-pressure seal test and shell strength test: A pointer-type precision pressure gauge is used to display the system pressure on the instrument panel on site. At the same time, a pressure sensor is used to measure the system pressure and convert it into a voltage signal, which is measured and collected by a digital multimeter and input into the PLC system to automatically complete recording and storage. Observe the pressure curve test results on the PLC interface, with USB export and print function for the curve with test time and pressure; the maximum pressure for strength test is 40.0MPa, and the pressure sensor selected for the equipment shall match the maximum pressure of the strength test.
- The PLC data management system can pre-set valve parameters in the system and call up the test information of the valve with one key.
- Valve gas low-pressure seal test: A bubble counter is configured in the PLC data management system, and a bubble detection device is set at the outlet end of the valve. If there is leakage on the valve sealing surface, the gas at the inlet end of the valve will enter the outlet end of the valve, enter the bubble detection device through the pipeline, and form bubbles when encountering water. The test bench captures the number of bubbles through infrared rays and displays it on the PLC, so as to calculate the leakage according to the number of bubbles generated per minute. The bubble counter shall meet the bubble counting requirements for gas low-pressure tightness test specified in ANSI/FCI 70-2006, ANSI B16.104 and GB/T4213.2008.
- Each valve test bench is equipped with one set of hard seal disc and one set of soft seal disc: one set of hard seal disc is suitable for flange-connected valves; one set of soft seal disc is suitable for straight-through welded valves.

The online safety valve calibrator adopts the disc displacement method to judge the valve opening for on-line detection. It can realize on-line pressure setting of pop safety valves and grid-connected valves. The on-line calibration of safety valves for power station boilers, steam turbines and superheaters requires no system pressure adjustment and will not disturb the operating conditions. It is applicable to the on-line calibration and adjustment of safety valves in industries including petroleum and petrochemical, chemical, electric power, natural gas, metallurgy, offshore oil, and special inspection.

The pressure relief valve test bench simulates the action mechanism of pressure relief valves when a fault occurs inside oil-immersed power equipment. Adopting advanced microcomputer measurement and control technology, it collects pressure signals in real time to accurately measure the timely opening pressure, opening pressure and closing pressure of pressure relief valves. It thoroughly solves the problem of low test accuracy caused by manual reading of pressure gauge values, and features high calibration precision, accurate test results and excellent repeatability. (Bench-mounted type, non-portable)
The valve assembly line pressure testing machine is applicable to steel valves with specifications of DN15~DN50 and PN100 and below, including globe valves (general globe valves and bellows seal globe valves, code J), gate valves (code Z), plug valves (code X), and check valves (code H). The leakage rate testing temperature ranges from 15℃ to 35℃ with elastic sealing conditions
