Ⅰ、Application Scope
The negative pressure testing machine developed by Jinan SUPER is designed for negative pressure pumping tests on rubber hoses, pipes, pipelines, pressure vessels and other products. It serves as negative pressure air testing equipment to conduct negative pressure leakage tests and negative pressure resistance tests for pipes, as well as pressure tests for vacuum tubes.
The vacuum degree can reach -0.1MPa. Custom configurations are available to meet diverse customer requirements. The equipment is equipped with an automatic control unit, which enables real-time display of pressure curves, storage of test data and export of test reports.

Equipped with a vacuum pump for vacuum degree testing, fitted with imported negative pressure sensors.
A ball passing device can be optionally equipped for rubber hoses to judge tube collapse during testing.

The test pressure of the Automotive Tubing Hydraulic Burst Testing Machine ranges from 0 to 280 MPa. It is mainly used for pressure resistance and burst tests of various automotive tubing under a maximum pressure of 280 MPa.
The machine supports computer control, which can display real-time parameters including pressure curves, test pressure and test duration. All parameters can be adjusted within the allowable range. The equipment will automatically stop and trigger an alarm once the set parameter values are reached.
This tester takes compressed air as the power source. Its output pressure is proportional to the driving air source. When high pressure is achieved, the output flow drops to zero, eliminating the need for an additional overflow valve.
