I. Application Range
Jinan Simingte's brake hose expansion tester is mainly used for factory testing of the following components: automotive hoses such as steering hoses, brake hoses, air conditioning hoses, fuel hoses, cooling water hoses, radiator hoses, heater hoses, air filter hoses, turbocharger system hoses, and engineering hydraulic hoses; as well as aviation hoses and manifolds for impulse testing. Reference standards: GB 16897 "Brake Hose", GB/T 7127.1-2000, GB/T 7127.2-2000 "Brake Hose Assemblies for Hydraulic Brake Systems".
II. Basic Parameters
Test medium: Oil, water, or ethylene glycol mixture
Test pressure: 0–40 MPa (adjustable)
Pressure display accuracy: 0.1 bar
Expansion measurement accuracy: 0.1 ml
Test recording: Computer records real-time pressure curve display and prints test reports
Test medium temperature: Room temperature to 130°C (customizable according to customer requirements)
III. Equipment Composition
This test bench consists of three main parts:
Pressure Generation System: Pressure pump, control valves, sensors
Test Cabinet: Used for installing the test specimens, pressure regulation, and system pressure indication
Electrical Control Cabinet and Computer Test System: Used for collecting test pressure and pressure expansion variation curves, printing reports, and saving test data

The coal mine hydraulic support hose test bench is primarily used for hydrostatic pressure resistance testing of high-pressure hoses, coal mine hydraulic support hoses, and hose assemblies. Test parameters such as pressure and duration can be freely set. Upon completion, the system automatically stops and generates a test report, with the report format customizable according to customer requirements. In emergency situations, the test pressure can be released.
