The pneumatic boosting platform can be used for high-pressure gas testing and is capable of generating high-pressure gas up to 90 MPa. The same device can boost most gases, such as hydrogen, air, nitrogen, and natural gas. It can be used for gas pressurization, gas compression, and high-pressure gas testing.

I. Equipment Features:

It can pressurize most gases, including various corrosive gases (the internal core is made of stainless steel). The pressure testing range is wide, allowing stepless adjustment of gas pressure from several kilograms to 900 kilograms. The regulation and control of high-end gas pressure can be achieved simply by adjusting the low-end gas pressure.

The equipment operates with low noise and can be driven by only 2 kg to 8 kg of compressed gas, requiring no electrical power. This ensures high safety for flammable and explosive gases.

When the external temperature is below +5°C, the temperature of the inhaled air (i.e., cold air temperature) can be adjusted.

The equipment has strong expandability and can be configured with computer control, PLC control, or manual control. It can display pressure readings in real-time, with flexible display options such as pressure gauges, digital pressure gauges, or computer-generated curves.

The equipment is lightweight, compact, portable, and easy to move. It weighs approximately 35 kg.

It is simple to use and can be conveniently operated by simply connecting the hose. It is equipped with a gas purification system to easily filter and dry the gas.

For the air-driven part of the pump, this series requires lubricated gas to lubricate the seals and other internal components. The driving piston diameter of this pump series is 160 mm.

II. Application Scope of the Pneumatic Boosting Platform

  • Static and burst pressure testing for piping components, hoses, valves, pressure vessels, cylinders, etc.

  • Static and dynamic testing of aerospace components after maintenance

  • Calibration of safety valves

  • Bubble leakage testing for valves and wellhead equipment in water

  • Inspection of pneumatic pressure regulators

  • Testing of automotive braking systems

It can pressurize most gases, such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, air, natural gas, etc., and is equipped with a high-pressure nitrogen booster pump.

The testing machine consists of an industrial computer-based testing unit module and a computer testing control system. Combustion Chamber Shell Hydraulic Test Equipment

The hydraulic pressurization test bench developed by Jinan SEPER Technology Co., Ltd. is primarily used to provide the required pressure for test specimens. This test bench consists of a tank system, filtration and purification system, pump source system, pressure regulation system, temperature regulation system, and measurement and control system. It is equipped with software that allows the device to operate in either manual or automatic control modes.

Hydraulic Pressurization Test Bench

The high-temperature, high-pressure wellbore hydration experimental device includes a fracture leakage reactor system, fluid pressure delivery system, and computer-controlled equipment. This device can simulate the leakage and plugging processes of fractures with variable or fixed widths under various formation conditions such as temperature, pressure, and permeability. It monitors key parameters such as drilling fluid leakage rate, pressure-bearing capacity of the plugging zone, and fracture width changes, and conducts pressure testing for drilling systems.

High-Temperature High-Pressure Wellbore Hydration Testing Device

The duct airtightness and strength test bench is used for conducting airtightness and strength tests on oxygen system ducts. The medium for airtightness testing is compressed nitrogen, while the medium for strength testing is a 0.5%–1% potassium dichromate solution or tap water. The pressure range for airtightness testing should cover 0.1 MPa to 50 MPa, and the pressure range for strength testing should cover 1 MPa to 50 MPa.

Conduit Airtightness and Strength Test Bench


The long-cycle solenoid valve life testing machine is primarily used for the lifespan testing of solenoid valves. This testing machine is computer-operated and features power-off memory for test parameters. The number of test cycles, operating frequency, and working voltage can be adjusted according to actual testing requirements. It supports multi-station testing, with dedicated fixtures for each station, and records the operational cycles of each station individually.

The sodium chloride-magnesium chloride medium slow strain rate stress corrosion testing machine is primarily used for stress corrosion testing of materials. It is developed with control software, allowing real-time collection and storage of relevant data in a computer. The system acquires data in real-time through the software.
