The Natural Gas Vehicle Retrofit Testing Device consists of three main parts in total:
Among them, the pressure test bench is a device used to inspect the pressure resistance of the retrofitted vehicle pipeline. The nitrogen purge device is designed to extract air and fill nitrogen into it. The support bracket strength testing device is a device for testing the strength of gas cylinder support brackets.
This device is a pressure test bench manufactured in strict compliance with Clause 5.2.2.8 of GB/T18437-2001. It is applicable for pressure tests on the pipeline of retrofitted CNG vehicles, and adopts the gas booster pump independently produced by our company with a boost ratio of 40:1. Compressed air with a driving pressure of 0.3-0.8 MPa can be converted into high-pressure gas with a pressure of 2-12 MPa through the pump. Equipped with a manual directional control valve and a manual pressure regulating valve, the device enables stepless adjustment of the high-pressure gas output by the booster pump via regulating the pump’s driving air pressure. Users only need to prepare an air compressor with a displacement of 0.3-0.9 m³/min, connect the air pipeline, and then conduct the air tightness test on the pipeline of retrofitted CNG vehicles directly. The product is available in two models, with a flow rate of 124 L/min (at an inlet pressure of 0.8 MPa).
The product features software control, which enables automatic pressure control, test report output and test data storage. All historical test data can be retrieved and exported as needed.
The 0.1-0.5 MPa Air Tightness Leak Testing Machine R&D and manufactured by Jinan SUPER is designed for leak testing of low-pressure air. It is equipped with a Low-pressure Air Regulating Valve, with pressure regulated by a low-pressure proportional valve.

Air Tightness and Durability Performance Testing Equipment for Fuel Cell Hydrogen Refueling Ports

The Hydraulic and Pneumatic Test Bench for Rear Mounting Assembly developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly designed for hydraulic testing and pneumatic detection of rear mounting assemblies. This test bench adopts quick-connect fittings and hydraulic lock threaded pipe fittings for connection, so as to reduce auxiliary operations before testing and improve the production takt. It can ensure that six assembly parts in the station fixture are tested simultaneously.

The Ball Valve Air Tightness Tester is used for the air tightness testing of ball valves. It fills the inner cavity of the product with high-pressure compressed air and immerses the valve in water, then detects the gas pressure changes in the inner cavity via a pressure sensor to achieve low pressure and leak alarm functions. In the event of sudden unstable pressure, oil leakage or other anomalies in the test piece, the equipment can immediately cut off pressure output to prevent continuous oil leakage.

The Air Tightness Test Bench for Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes of Hydrogen Energy Vehicles is mainly designed for the air tightness detection of seamless pipes, air conditioning copper pipes, ERW steel pipes and other pipe materials for hydrogen energy vehicles. This test bench is easy and convenient to operate and is equipped with a One-click Start function. After the test pieces are installed, simply press a button and the test software will automatically complete the entire test process.

The Filter Element Air Tightness Tester developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for the air tightness detection of various filter elements such as metal filter elements, activated carbon filter elements and air filter elements. This device adopts the differential pressure detection method. The Electrical Enclosure Waterproof Testing Machine is mainly designed for the waterproof detection of various products and equipment with special waterproof and anti-leakage requirements, such as explosion-proof electrical enclosures, automotive lamps and waterproof strips. It is used to evaluate their water resistance or sealing performance, and conduct reliability appraisal and acceptance testing on such products and equipment.

The Radiator Air Tightness Testing Equipment is mainly designed for the air tightness detection of radiators. This equipment is controlled by a PLC to drive the cylinder to automatically clamp workpieces for positioning, featuring firm and accurate positioning with no damage to the workpieces. When the operator presses the test start button, the fixture positioning mechanism will automatically clamp and position the workpiece, with the positioning points located at both ends of the water chamber to prevent damage to the core body during the testing process. The fixture is equipped with position sensors that can detect whether the core body is properly placed. If the core body is not properly placed, the fixture positioning mechanism will not actuate and the equipment will trigger an audible buzzer alarm.

The Hydrogen System Air Tightness Testing System is mainly designed for the air tightness performance detection of hydrogen system components. It adopts a pneumatic booster pump, which is driven by low-pressure compressed air to generate high-pressure gas output for conducting air tightness testing on test pieces. This system is suitable for mass production air tightness detection and on-line automated air tightness testing, and is dedicated to the air tightness detection of hydrogen energy pipelines with a 80 MPa test pressure.

The Plastic Valve Sealing Performance Tester is mainly designed for the sealing detection of plastic valves including plastic solenoid valves, plastic ball valves, plastic breather valves, plastic back pressure valves, plastic butterfly valves, plastic gate valves and plastic globe valves. It is equipped with a variety of automatic safety protection functions and an alarm system for abnormal test conditions, boasting an extremely high level of safety.

The Air Spring Air Tightness Testing Machine is mainly composed of a main body, a pneumatic system, a detection device and an electric control system. The pneumatic system consists of a pressurized air source, pneumatic control components, piping and other parts, and the equipment is equipped with a built-in air source (a mobile air compressor). The electric control system comprises a CPU central processing unit, key switches, a display and other components. This machine is capable of conducting air tightness tests and pressure holding tests on air springs.

Air tightness testing equipment is mainly used for the air tightness detection of various equipment such as valves, pipes and enclosures. It adopts compressed air or nitrogen as the test medium for air tightness detection.
