I. Application Scope:

The hydrostatic pressure testing machine developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. adjusts the output pressure by setting the driving air pressure regulator according to the different pressure requirements of the test specimens. A high-pressure pump generates high-pressure liquid, which is delivered to the test specimens through a pressure control system and high-pressure pipelines for hydrostatic pressure testing and burst testing. The applicable testing pressure ranges from 0 to 280 MPa for hydraulic testing, meeting the hydrostatic pressure resistance and burst testing requirements of automotive cylinders, automotive steel pipes, air conditioning hoses, brake hoses, filters, water purifiers, filter elements, plastic pipes, air conditioning fittings, valves, explosion-proof enclosures, pipe materials, pumps, and other components. Equipped with computer control, the system automatically saves test data, displays real-time pressure curves, and generates test reports upon completion of the experiment.

II. Features of the Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine

Flexible operation modes: Manual control, digital pressure gauge display, or computer-controlled automation.

Driving air pressure range: 0.1–0.69 MPa (output pressure is directly proportional to driving air pressure).

Pressure testing range: 0–280 MPa (customizable based on actual customer requirements).

The Automatic Hydrostatic Pressure Testing System complies with industry and national technical standards, including SY/T127-2002 "Specification for Wellhead Equipment and Christmas Trees," GB20174-2006 "Blowout Preventers and Control Systems—Blowout Preventers," and Q/CYHI-2010 "Multi-Functional Pressure Testing Equipment."

This testing system is designed to clamp and pressure-test blowout preventers (BOPs), fracturing wellheads, and other well-control equipment with flange dimensions matching those specified in the aforementioned standards.

The Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for Thermoplastic Plastic Pipes in Fluid Transportation is primarily designed for conducting hydrostatic pressure tests on thermoplastic pipes.
