I. Application Scope
The enclosure hydrostatic pressure testing machine developed by Jinan SUPER is specially designed for conducting hydrostatic pressure tests on explosion-proof enclosures, in full compliance with Clause 15.1.2 Hydrostatic Pressure Test specified in Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 2 (GB 3836.2-2010). This testing machine features an adjustable test pressure range of 1-2 MPa, with an automatic pressure relief function activated once the preset pressure holding time elapses. It is equipped with a high-tonnage clamping system capable of delivering up to 600 tons of clamping force.
This equipment is widely used for hydrostatic pressure testing of various explosion-proof electrical enclosures, including but not limited to explosion-proof switches, frequency converters, soft starter switches and other similar explosion-proof housings in the explosive gas environment electrical equipment industry.
     
II. Equipment Composition
Pressurization Unit of the Hydrostatic Testing Machine: It employs a high-flow booster pump for pressurization. The pressure is 2 MPa and adjustable.
Clamping Device: It utilizes a hydraulic power unit for automatic clamping, achieving a high clamping force of up to 600 tons.
Trolley Conveying Device: It allows the explosion-proof housing under test to be placed on the trolley and moved freely.
Water Filling Device: It enables rapid and high-flow water filling.
III. Equipment Features
It is equipped with a control device that allows for easy adjustment and control of the output pressure and time.
It boasts advanced technology and a reasonably designed structure. The automatic clamping mechanism eliminates the need for manual operation.
It can be equipped with an automatic data acquisition system, enabling the observation of pressure curves, printing of reports, and saving of pressure test data to Excel spreadsheets for convenient future reference..
IV. Technical Parameters
Data Recording: Manual recording and computer recording options are available.
Pressure: 2 MPa, adjustable within a certain range.
Clamping Force: 600 tons of pressure, with the option to select the appropriate pressure tonnage based on the size of the test specimen.
Time Control: Time is controlled via a time relay, and automatic pressure relief occurs once a certain pressure is reached.
Working Medium: Water.
Data Acquisition System: Can be configured according to customer requirements.

Hydraulic Pressure Testing Machine for Flowmeter Flange Barrel

The internal ignition non-transmission of explosion test stand developed by Jinan Siminte is computer-controlled.
It is designed in accordance with the standard: GB 3836.2-2010 Explosive atmospheres — Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures, Clause 15.2 Internal ignition non-transmission test.
This equipment is used to verify whether the external gas will be ignited and cause an explosion after ignition occurs inside the tested enclosure.

The liquid pressurization equipment is equipped with three precision pressure gauges made of stainless steel, with measuring ranges of (0–25) MPa, (0–60) MPa and (0–160) MPa respectively.
The accuracy class is 0.4. The gauges are equipped with a zero-adjustment device on the front and are designed for front-panel mounting with a flange.
