1. Scope of Application
The internal ignition non-propagation test bench developed by Jinan Simite adopts computer control. It is designed in accordance with GB 3836.2-2010 Explosive atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures, Clause 15.2 Internal ignition non-propagation test.
This equipment is used to verify whether the external explosive gas can be ignited and detonated after internal ignition occurs inside the tested enclosure.
During the test, the flameproof enclosure is placed inside a test vessel. The same explosive mixture is filled into both the flameproof enclosure and the test vessel. The mixture is then ignited by the ignition system to observe whether the explosion propagates from the inside of the flameproof enclosure to the test vessel. If the ignition and explosion do not propagate into the test vessel, the test result is deemed qualified.

After the test, Chinese and English test reports can be printed, and data can be saved in Excel format.

三、Equipment Characteristics
A high-speed acquisition card is adopted to collect test data.
Fitted with a high-pressure vessel for placing the test specimen and protecting the safety of testing personnel.
Optional automatic data acquisition system is available to view pressure curves, print test reports, and save pressure test data into Excel files.
