1. Scope of Application
The reducer housing hydrostatic test machine developed by Jinan SUPER Technology is used for the hydrostatic pressure test of reducer housings. It is equipped with an automatic clamping fixture to realize automatic clamping of test pieces. Meanwhile, it is fitted with an automatic pressure control device, which can automatically stop pressurization and shut down when the set test pressure is reached.
All parameters of the hydrostatic test machine can be set freely. The supporting computer software can automatically display the pressure-time curve, and automatically generate, print and store test reports upon test completion.
Testing with the reducer housing hydrostatic test machine ensures the reducer housing operates safely and stably under high-pressure conditions, and prevents safety accidents caused by housing failure. In addition, the equipment helps manufacturers detect defects of the housing in a timely manner for repair or replacement, so as to improve the reliability and service life of reducers.

II. Equipment Composition
Hydrostatic Test Pressurizing Device
Adopts a high-flow booster pump for pressurization. Rated pressure: 3 MPa, infinitely adjustable. The pressure holding value and holding time can be preset; the unit stops pressurizing automatically once the set pressure and holding time are reached.
Clamping Device
Equipped with a hydraulic station for automatic clamping, with a maximum clamping force of 20 tons.
Water Filling Device
Supports rapid high-flow water filling.

Equipped with a professional software system, enabling convenient adjustment and precise control of output pressure and test time.
Adopting advanced technology; automatic clamping requires no manual intervention.
Optional automatic data acquisition system is available to view pressure curves and print test reports. Test data can be saved as TXT files for subsequent traceability.
IV. Technical Parameters of Test Bench
Data Recording: Manual recording or computer automatic recording is optional.
Test Pressure: 2 MPa, adjustable within a specified range.
Clamping Force: 20 tons; the clamping tonnage can be selected according to the size of the test piece.
Time Control: Controlled by a time relay; pressure relief is triggered automatically after reaching the set holding time.
Working Medium: Water.
The data acquisition system can be configured upon customer requirements.
