1. Overview
This test bench manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is applicable to the PVT test of turbocharger pipelines, namely the cyclic pulse pressure test with internal medium (high and low temperature air), alternating temperature test of pipeline internal air and ambient temperature, as well as the corresponding three-dimensional vibration test.
The test bench can automatically conduct impact tests and record impact cycles automatically. It realizes automatic control of internal medium temperature and external ambient temperature. The computer display can show curves and waveforms of all test data, including pulse inlet pressure, outlet pressure, medium temperature, ambient temperature and vibration amplitude.
All test data can be automatically collected, processed, calculated and stored, and can be queried and retrieved in multiple ways. The test bench is capable of simultaneous pressure, vibration and temperature testing. The temperature system includes both ambient temperature and medium temperature, which can be controlled independently and synchronously respectively.

II. Pulse Parameters
(1) Adjustable range of pulse pressure: 0~5 bar; adjustable range of pulse frequency: 0.1~1 Hz.
Available test waveforms: sine wave, square wave, trapezoidal wave, and the composite waveform shown in the following figure.
For sine wave (Fig. 1), the frequency is adjustable from 10 to 60 cycles per minute.
Commonly used frequencies at present are 12 cycles/min and 30 cycles/min.
For trapezoidal wave (Fig. 2), pressure rise and fall can be completed within 3 seconds.
Pressure holding stage: high pressure holding time adjustable 0~10 min, low pressure holding time adjustable 0~30 min.
0~38 h belongs to the high-pressure holding stage; 38~49 h is the trapezoidal pulse stage of Pu~Pm.
The pressure rising/falling rate is 1 s; Pm holding time 5 s, Pu holding time 5 s.
Currently applied pressure parameters are as follows:
Pu=1.4 bar, Pm=1.5 bar;
Pu=1.3 bar, Pm=1.4 bar;
Pu=1.7 bar, Pm=2.15 bar.
(2) The pressure pulse can be programmed to perform cyclic tests according to the above waveforms;
the values of Pm, Pu and corresponding time can all be set arbitrarily.
III. Vibration
(1) Vibration frequency: 0.2~2 Hz; amplitude: 30 mm, fixed-frequency vibration.
Frequency and amplitude can be manually adjusted during the test.
(2) Vibration generation mode: mechanical type.
Supports three-dimensional vibration and one-dimensional vibration.
(3) Equipped with three-direction acceleration sensors.
