Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Shell Pressure Resistance Strength Testing Machine

1. Overview
The CO₂ Shell Strength Testing Machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is designed for pressure resistance strength testing of new CO₂ air conditioners. It is applicable to the pressure resistance strength inspection of components such as four-way valves, three-way valves, high-pressure pipelines, compressors and liquid storage tanks of CO₂ air conditioners, and can also perform hydraulic burst tests.
Adopting automatic control, the equipment supports an ultra-high test pressure up to 100 MPa. It can automatically collect and calculate parameters during the shell test, display pressure changes in real time, print test reports and realize pressure compensation.
During the test, the CO₂ shell pressure resistance strength testing machine conducts rigorous pressure testing on the tested shell to detect abnormalities such as leakage, deformation or rupture. Testing with this equipment ensures the safe and stable operation of CO₂-related equipment under high-pressure environments, and prevents safety accidents caused by insufficient shell strength.

II. Safety Settings
An emergency stop switch is equipped at the operation front; explosion-proof glass is fitted on the observation window of the test chamber. The test chamber is provided with a pneumatic lock, which automatically locks the chamber door during the test, and the door can only be opened after the test is completed.
It is equipped with power-off protection function: the test will stop automatically in case of power failure, and the system will relieve pressure automatically.
III. Pressure Range and Pressurization Requirements
The pressurization range of the tested product is 1~100 MPa. Any pressure value within this range can be adjusted and set arbitrarily, and the pressure holding time can also be set with a setting range of 0~2 minutes.
The equipment can automatically fill and pressurize the medium. The pressure rise rate is adjustable (0.2 MPa to upper limit with no special requirement). When the pressure rises to a set value, pressure holding can be started.
An audible alarm will be triggered upon timeout of pressure holding or abnormal pressure. It is equipped with a pressure rise pause key, with real-time time and pressure display available during pause.
