I. Application Scope:
This equipment is suitable for pressure resistance and burst performance testing of various automotive hoses, rubber hoses, air conditioner pipes, and automotive assemblies. It is used to determine the burst pressure and pressure endurance time of various types of pipe fittings. It is widely used in quality inspection institutions, automotive component manufacturing enterprises, product quality testing stations, scientific research institutions, and other fields involved in the production, development, and research of various hoses. The pressure test system consists of a pressurization system and a control and display system. The pressurization system is mainly composed of a Mingte liquid booster pump, responsible for pressurizing and maintaining pressure throughout the test, ensuring stable pressure hold during long-duration tests. The control and display system primarily controls the pressure of the driving gas, manages pressure relief, displays real-time pressure, and controls the pressurization process. This testing machine adopts PLC control with touch screen operation and display, featuring automatic pressurization, automatic peak pressure holding, automatic shutdown after specimen burst, and automatic protection functions.
II. Test Standards:
The hose burst test stand is manufactured in accordance with the "EN ISO 1402-1996/NF T47202-1996 Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies - Hydrostatic testing" standard and the GB/T5563 standard for hydraulic hose assembly testing. The hose installation and test methods comply with the requirements specified in "EN ISO 1402-1996/NF T47202-1996 Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies - Hydrostatic testing". The performance parameters of the equipment and the test procedures conform to the regulations in GB7939 and GB/T5563 standards for hydraulic hose assembly testing. It meets the requirements for burst testing, leakage testing, and pressure resistance testing of various specifications, such as GB383 wire braided hoses or GB/T10544 hoses, as well as GBT16897-2010.

III. Equipment Features

Hose Flexing Tester

The Flexing Tester, referenced to the standard GB 16897-1997 "Brake Hoses," is used to test the flexing performance of hoses under a certain pressure. The natural gas (CNG) hoses produced by Jinan Mingte Technology Co., Ltd. are used for hydrostatic testing of natural gas filling stations and natural gas hoses. The test pressure can reach up to 70MPa, is infinitely adjustable, and maintains pressure without consuming energy. They can be used for pressure resistance testing of Parker hoses (USA). The computer-controlled high-pressure hose hydrostatic burst test bench uses water as the pressure test medium. It can perform hydrostatic strength or sealing tests on high-pressure hoses at different pressure levels up to 300MPa. Using a booster pump as the pressure source, the test pressure reaches 300Mpa, and the output pressure is infinitely adjustable.
