I. Scope of Application
The fire hose testing machine developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for hydrostatic pressure tests of fire hoses. It can automatically generate and display pressure-time curves in real time, store all test data, and print Chinese and English inspection reports at any time.
Designed in accordance with GB6246-2001 Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Lined Fire Hoses, this equipment is widely used in manufacturers, quality inspection institutions, research institutes and colleges for production inspection, R&D of various fire hoses. Users can freely edit test formulas for fully automatic pressure testing in accordance with relevant product standards.
II. Control System
The system consists of upper computer and lower computer dual-level control structure. The upper computer is responsible for graphic processing, data calculation and data management, adopting independent control units to realize modular control.
The lower computer controls the hydraulic system to reach target pressure per instructions from the upper computer, ensuring high pressure control accuracy and excellent pressure holding performance with automatic real-time pressure compensation. It supports automatic data saving upon power failure and test resumption after power restoration to guarantee test continuity. Both manual control and computer control modes are optional.

III. Equipment Features
Equipped with three-plunger electric pump and frequency converter, enabling easy adjustment and stable control of output pressure.
Adopts advanced technology and reasonable structure design, featuring compact size, light weight and elegant appearance.
All pressure-bearing components adopt standard parts of world-famous brands with no welded joints, which facilitates disassembly, ensures high safety factor, long service life and easy maintenance.

Test data can be automatically saved and printed out, and all test results can be preserved automatically after power failure.
