Ⅰ. Basic Parameters of Offline Safety Valve Calibration Bench
This equipment mainly boosts the internal pressure until the safety valve pops open. The popping pressure is displayed by the built-in pressure gauge, to calibrate the popping pressure (also referred to as opening pressure or set pressure) and sealing test pressure of safety valves.
It is specially applicable to the performance tests on direct-loaded and pilot-operated safety valves, covering set pressure, reseating pressure, tightness and other indicators.

Structure
The hydraulic clamping mechanism adopts a bottom jacking valve seat and three-jaw limiting design, which effectively guarantees the sealing performance of safety valves.
The hydraulic power unit ensures stable hydraulic clamping performance.
The sliding protective door design guarantees operator safety during operation.
The high-pressure air source general control system is equipped with an air-cooled, four-stage and four-cylinder compressor, as well as full stainless steel intermediate and final-stage coolers.
The air supply unit is equipped with two sets of filtration systems: a three-stage air purification system composed of activated carbon, molecular sieve and carbon monoxide adsorbent, and an oil-water separation system.
It adopts a foundation-free design with a heavy-duty all-steel base frame, featuring durable plastic spraying and shock absorption.
Test valves and stainless steel pipelines ensure excellent testing tightness and prevent pipeline corrosion.
International brand electrical components are applied to ensure operational reliability.
A pull-out stainless steel cleaning air gun greatly improves operating convenience.
