Clamping force: 300KN; the pre-clamping force is automatically adjusted by the system as the test pressure rises.
Maximum calibration pressure: 32MPa
Medium-caliber station: DN15~DN200, equipped with hydraulic lift control buttons, hydraulic pressure gauges and station valves. It can test both high-pressure and low-pressure safety valves. The gas circuit is fitted with check valves to prevent high pressure from entering the low-pressure system.
Large-caliber station: DN250~DN400, equipped with hydraulic lift control buttons, hydraulic pressure gauges and station valves, suitable for testing low-pressure large-caliber safety valves.
The control console is equipped with eight analog pressure gauges on a stainless steel operation panel for dual pressure display. The pressure gauges have four measuring ranges: 1.6MPa, 4MPa, 16MPa and 60MPa with accuracy Class 0.4. High and low pressure air source pressure gauges are separately mounted on the operation panel.
The clamping bench adopts a hydraulic system (bidirectional double-station hydraulic pump station and hydraulic cylinder with max working pressure of 30MPa) for fixing and clamping, with clamping force ranging from 7T to 30T.
IV. Equipment Requirements
Hydraulic clamping double-station structure, electrically driven bidirectional double-station hydraulic pump station.
Pull-down clamping design; no secondary movement of the mechanism shall occur after the safety valve is positioned and clamped.
The clamping device can move up and down according to flange thickness with stepless electric adjustment, adapting to flanges of all thicknesses as well as both large and small valve seats for convenient and precise operation.
No jamming shall occur during clamping adjustment operation.
Pull-down clamping mode; clamping force shall not act on the workbench, which only bears the weight.
Central positioning blocks must be equipped to realize fast and accurate installation and positioning of safety valves for improved working efficiency.
The holding and clamping mechanism shall not shake when clamping during safety valve calibration.

Basic Principle

The safety valve to be calibrated is clamped by the hydraulic pump station. High-pressure gas source for calibration is supplied either by a pressure boosting system or directly via nitrogen gas. Pressure values are collected in real time by supporting software. The system is equipped with six Class 0.4 precision pressure gauges to complete pressure calibration of safety valves.

On-line Calibration Bench for Safety Valves

The opening and closing motions of spring-loaded safety valves rely on changes in the medium pressure at their inlet and the pre-tightening force of the spring to automatically open and close the valve disc. When the medium pressure (internal pressure) rises to a level where the lifting force exceeds the spring pre-tightening force, the valve disc overcomes the spring preload and opens automatically to discharge excess medium, causing the internal pressure to drop. Driven by the spring force, the valve disc will automatically close and stop discharge once the internal pressure falls to a safe value.
Based on this principle, it can be deduced that during on-line (also referred to as hot-state) measurement or adjustment of safety valves, if an additional upward force is applied externally, the valve disc will open when the sum of the medium pressure and this external additional force just counteracts the spring pre-tightening force. Even under off-line (cold-state) conditions without medium pressure, the valve disc can be opened solely by the external additional force overcoming the spring preload. The on-line calibration of safety valves is carried out by utilizing this force balance principle.

Cylinder Valve Air Tightness Test Equipment
This equipment is mainly used for air tightness testing of finished cylinder valves. Compressed air at a specified pressure is fed into the air inlet of the cylinder valve, which is then submerged in water to check for leaks.
Compressed air with the required test pressure is introduced into the cylinder valve interior; the valve is automatically opened and immersed in water. Leakage inspection is performed during pressure holding. After the valve is lifted out of water, the equipment automatically closes the valve and releases the fixture.
The equipment adopts servo motor control to realize automatic opening and closing of cylinder valves, and uses air cylinder drive to submerge and lift the valves out of the water.
