Ⅰ. Product Introduction
The high-pressure safety valve pressure setting calibration bench developed by Jinan Super Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for the set pressure adjustment, set pressure detection and sealing performance test of safety valves.
It is developed in accordance with relevant test standards, including TSG ZF001-2006 Safety Technical Supervision Regulation for Safety Valves, GB/T 12242-2005 Performance Test Specification for Pressure Relief Devices, GB/T 12241-2005 General Requirements for Safety Valves, and GB/T 12243-2005 Spring Loaded Directly Operated Safety Valves.
This equipment is designed to test and verify the working performance of high-pressure safety valves, so as to ensure the safety and stability of industrial production. The calibration bench can simulate the off-line working condition of safety valves, raise the internal pressure until the valve pops open, and display the popping pressure of the safety valve through the pressure gauge equipped on the bench.

Ⅲ. Functions of High-pressure Safety Valve Pressure Setting Calibration Bench
Realize safety valve set pressure adjustment, set pressure detection and sealing performance test.
Test medium: clean compressed air and clean water. The pressurization system adopts dual-purpose structure for air and water. For water medium calibration, it is equipped with air source input (≤15 MPa) and atmospheric tap water input device. Fitted with imported air-water pressurization system and water purification device, it can directly pressurize atmospheric tap water to high pressure.
Clamping device: Clamping force 0–100 tons, stepless adjustable; electrically hydraulically controlled, with a pressure gauge to display real-time clamping force. Built-in safety valve provides automatic overpressure relief and alarm protection for clamping overload.
The strength and hardness of the clamping test platform and clamping jaws shall remain free of deformation during long-term operation. A comparison table of pressure and clamping force is provided on the operation panel to facilitate operators to select the appropriate clamping force according to the calibration pressure and diameter of the safety valve.
Adopt touch screen + PLC control; the software system can be transplanted and customized in accordance with the purchaser’s requirements.

The instrument valve strength testing machine is mainly used for the pressure resistance strength test of instrument valves such as flowmeter housings, stop valves, check valves, safety valves, regulating valves and diverter valves. During the test, if leakage occurs in the pressure holding stage, the equipment can perform automatic pressure compensation. It features stable test pressure and high pressure measurement accuracy.

The intelligent water-medium high-pressure safety valve calibration bench is mainly used for performance tests including sealing performance, popping pressure and reseating pressure of high, medium and low-pressure safety valves with a nominal pressure of PN ≤ 160 MPa.
Equipped with industrial control software, the device features digital pressure display, as well as automatic identification and recording of set pressure. All test data are automatically stored in the database, and safety valve calibration reports in the Excel format specified by the demander can be generated automatically.
