I. Product Introduction
The pipeline system of the Plastic Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. adopts non-welded connections. The test fluid system and driving fluid system are separated, with a variety of test media available. Three control modes are optional: manual control, PLC control, and computer control. The test data is acquired using a high-speed data acquisition card.

III. Functions of Plastic Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine
The core pressurization equipment adopts imported booster pumps, which can easily realize adjustable and controllable output pressure.
Advanced technology and reasonable structural design. It features small size, light weight and elegant appearance.
All pressure-bearing parts adopt standard parts of internationally renowned brands, without any welded connections, which are convenient for disassembly, with high safety factor, long service life and easy maintenance.

The computer can control the pressurization rate, display the pressure curve in real time, and print the test report after the test.
Step-by-step test pressure can be realized. The software can set different pressurization rates in stages.

The test time in the step-by-step pressure maintaining process can count down automatically, with an alarm when the time is up.
It can automatically stop pressurization when reaching a set pressure in stages.

The thermostat adopts 304 stainless steel inner liner with insulation layer and stainless steel pump body. The top cover opens automatically with controllable position. Equipped with refrigeration compressor, it can realize heating and cooling control. A steam collection device is provided to avoid air overflow at high temperature.
Automatic compensation: Automatic water replenishment for water shortage, automatic pressure compensation.
Safety protection: Leakage protection function, overpressure protection function (pressure relief device).

The main machine consists of four parts: imported pressure control unit, pressure storage unit, pressure measurement unit and execution unit. The equipment has reasonable layout, separated water and electricity circuits, elegant and durable.
The system is modularized, more mature and stable. It adopts a full closed-loop control system to realize precise control of the whole system. The control system is composed of upper and lower 两级 control systems: microcomputer and central control unit. The upper control unit mainly completes curve processing, data acquisition and data processing. The central control unit collects pressure values according to microcomputer instructions and controls each system to achieve the target pressure.
The whole system applies hydraulic principle and mechatronics control mode. It is a completely air-free hydrostatic burst testing machine, which avoids the noise caused by air supply startup of air-driven hydraulic pumps.
Independent pressure application system, composed of imported test pumps, imported solenoid valves, etc., which mainly completes the functions of automatic pressurization and pressure compensation to realize constant pressure. The adoption of imported components greatly improves the service life of the equipment. It is sensitive to pressure changes caused by leakage or failure, can stop timing automatically, and shut down the pressure circulation system related to the specimen if necessary.
The central control unit can be expanded as required, and tests of different pipe diameters and pressures can be carried out simultaneously. When one channel of specimen fails, the tests of other specimens continue without interference.
Key components adopted in the pressure control system: original Dutch solenoid valves, professional accumulator units, precision pressure sensors, American high-pressure pumps, etc.
Data acquisition, analysis and processing software, with functions including automatic identification of pipe characteristics, leakage early warning, rupture identification, real-time monitoring, power-off data storage, power-on data recovery, test result storage and printing.

The output pressure of the equipment is infinitely adjustable, and the pressure boost rate can be freely set within the allowable range.

The Conduit Strength Test Bench is used for the strength test and pressure cyclic cleaning of metal conduits.
The test and cleaning medium is No.15 aviation hydraulic oil.
The test pressure range shall cover 1 MPa to 100 MPa, and the cyclic cleaning pressure range shall cover 1 MPa to 5 MPa.
