I. Scope of Application
The valve life testing machine manufactured by Jinan Simatech Technology Co., Ltd. is used to test the service life of valves and perform fatigue switching strength tests, playing an important role in detecting valve switching life.
The machine covers valve sizes from DN3 to DN500, with test pressure ranging from 0.2 MPa to 50 MPa.
It allows setting of valve switching torque, switching stroke and rotating speed.
During testing, the machine monitors operating frequency, pressure, temperature and other parameters in real time.
Equipped with an advanced control system (PLC + touch screen or computer control), test parameters such as valve torque, switching stroke and rotating speed can be easily set.
Upon completion of the test, the equipment automatically saves test results and prints relevant reports.

Test medium temperature: room temperature ~ 160 ℃ (as per customer requirements)
Test cycles: more than 100,000 cycles in one continuous run
Based on the above, seal performance tests shall be conducted without leakage or deformation.
