I. Overview
Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd.’s Hydrostatic Testing Machine for Nuclear Power Plant Valves is used to test the pressure resistance of nuclear power valves. It can control the test pressure, dwell time and pressurization rate via computer.
Using water as the main test medium, the machine performs seal testing and hydrostatic strength testing on valves.Water or other pressurized media is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and delivered through pipelines into the tested valve. The medium is pressurized to a specified value to verify the valve’s sealing performance and pressure resistance.The machine features automatic pressure holding, automatic pressurization and automatic pressure relief, and supports one-key operation throughout the entire test process.The electrical control system complies with industrial electrical standards and is equipped with a special control and data acquisition unit, ensuring stable and reliable control performance.
