I. Product Introduction
The Fire Pipeline Hydraulic & Air Tightness Tester developed by Jinan SUPERt Technology Co., Ltd. is used for hydrostatic testing and sealing tests of fire pipelines of various materials within 0–5 MPa. The tester adopts clean water as the test medium and is equipped with an explosion-proof function for simple operation.
This Simt tester uses compressed air as the power source, and its output pressure is proportional to the driving air supply. It supports computer automatic pressure boosting control as well as manual operation. Users can self-set test pressure and test cycles; the equipment will automatically stop and trigger an alarm once the preset number of cycles is reached. It displays real-time data including test duration, deformation curves and test pressure values. When operated manually, the data acquisition and display module can be expanded. After testing, the water recovered into the water storage tank is filtered for recycling.
II. Features of Fire Pipeline Hydraulic & Air Tightness Tester
Controlled by computer, the tester allows pre-setting of all parameters (test pressure, pressure rise, pressure holding, pressure relief, etc.), and the system automatically adjusts pressure per set instructions.
The whole test process is controlled by computer; the pressure holding stage consumes no energy and generates no noise.
A microcomputer processes and analyzes test data. Test results can be automatically saved and printed out. All test data is automatically retained upon power failure of the equipment.
