I. Application Scope
The safety valve test bench produced by Jinan SUPER is mainly used for pressure tests on various safety valve bodies, including opening pressure and seat sealing pressure tests.
It is widely applied in valve manufacturers, engineering quality inspection stations, construction companies, product quality inspection institutes, research institutions and universities for production inspection, development and research of various valves.
It complies with the following standards:
GB/T 13927-92 Pressure Testing of General Valves,
ZB J16006-90 Valve Test and Inspection,
CJ/T 3055-95 Test and Inspection of Gas Valves,
GB 12242-89 Test Methods for Safety Valve Performance, etc.
II. Control Mode
The safety valve test bench supports manual control and computer control.
It is equipped with a hydraulic automatic clamping fixture for safety valves, which can clamp safety valves automatically. The clamping force is adjustable, with high clamping force and stable output.
Various pressure control modes are available. The test bench can realize automatic microcomputer control and output test reports.

III. Features of Safety Valve Test Bench
Pressure calibration accuracy: 0.4%.
Medium-bore seat: DN15~DN200, equipped with hydraulic lift control buttons, hydraulic pressure gauge and station valve, suitable for testing high and low-pressure safety valves. The air circuit is equipped with a check valve to prevent high pressure from entering the low-pressure system.
Large-bore seat: DN250~DN400, equipped with hydraulic lift control buttons, hydraulic pressure gauge and station valve, suitable for testing low-pressure large-bore safety valves.
The console is equipped with eight analog pressure gauges for dual pressure display on the stainless steel operation panel.
The pressure gauges are divided into four ranges: 1.6 MPa, 4 MPa, 16 MPa, 60 MPa, with an accuracy of 0.4 class.
High and low-pressure air source pressure gauges are installed on the operation panel respectively.

The subsea valve calibration bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for the structure and material inspection of subsea valves, as well as air tightness tests and air opening tests for two air inlets.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic clamping device for clamping the tested parts.

The safety valve on-line calibrator adopts the disc displacement method for online detection. It can also perform on-line pressure setting for snap-acting safety valves, as well as pressure setting for valves after grid connection.
On-line calibration of safety valves for power station boilers, steam turbines, and superheaters does not require system pressure changes or disturbance to operating conditions.
It is suitable for the on-line adjustment and calibration of safety valves in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, electric power, natural gas, metallurgy, offshore oil, special inspection and other industries.
The pressure relief valve test bench simulates the operating mechanism of the pressure relief valve when a fault occurs inside oil-immersed power equipment.
It adopts advanced microcomputer measurement and control technology to collect pressure signals in real time, so as to accurately detect the timed opening pressure, opening pressure and closing pressure of the pressure relief valve.
This completely solves the problem of low test accuracy caused by manually reading pressure gauge values.
The test bench features high calibration accuracy, reliable measurement, good repeatability, etc.

Valve Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine is mainly used for hydrostatic pressure strength tests of valves. The equipment is equipped with an independent booster pump.
It consists of an operation console, combined pipelines, valve body connecting seats, control switches, and pressure relief devices.
The pipelines inside the operation console are made of 304 stainless steel seamless tubes. The inlet and outlet connected to the outside adopt high-pressure hoses with M16×1.5 threads and end-face O-ring seals.

Instrument Valve Strength Testing Machine is mainly used for pressure strength tests of instrument valves such as flow meter housings, shut-off valves, check valves, safety valves, regulating valves and diverter valves.
During the test, if leakage occurs while the equipment is maintaining pressure, automatic pressure compensation can be performed. It features stable test pressure and high pressure test accuracy.

The intelligent water-medium high-pressure safety valve test bench is mainly used for performance testing of high, medium and low-pressure safety valves with nominal pressure PN ≤ 160 MPa, including sealing performance, popping pressure, reseating pressure, etc.

The aircraft hydraulic safety valve test bench is mainly used as a high-pressure test system for pressure-bearing components used in aircraft, such as safety valves, hydraulic control check valves, directional valves, and shut-off valves.
It can test the popping pressure, reseating pressure and sealing performance of safety valves.

The Emergency Relief Device Seal Testing Machine is mainly used for testing the sealing performance of manhole cover emergency relief devices.
The testing machine is equipped with a PVC operation panel and pressure pointer display, which is real-time and accurate, allowing users to quickly check the pressure value. The whole test is controlled by a computer. The computer monitor displays the measurement data, and the test data strip can also be printed out.
The system is equipped with an automatic clamping fixture for the automatic clamping and sealing of manhole covers, as well as a data acquisition device for the automatic sealing test of products.

Valve Life Testing Machine is used to test the service life of valves and can perform fatigue switching strength tests, which plays an important role in valve switching life testing.
It covers sizes from DN3 to DN500 and test pressures from 0.2 MPa to 50 MPa.
The switching torque, switching stroke and rotating speed of the valve can be set for life testing.
