I. Application Scope
The Plastic Pipe Pressure Cycle Impact Testing Machine produced by Jinan SUPER is a special testing machine for 3 MPa pressure cycle water hammer testing of plastic pipes. It is used to verify whether pipe fittings meet the design requirements.
Parameter setting is performed via a microcomputer control system, and the test is automatically completed by the microprocessor. Excel reports can be generated and printed.

II. Equipment Composition
The cycle impact test system consists of a unified pump source (motor-driven pump, water tank and accessories), electric contact pressure gauge, low-pressure relief valve, solenoid valve 1, solenoid valve 2, pressure sensor, etc.
The test pressure is adjusted by regulating the low-pressure relief valve. During the test, solenoid valve 1 opens and the system pressure is applied to the specimen until the set maximum pressure is reached.
The pressure sensor collects pressure signals and transmits them to the processor. The processor processes the data and displays the pressure curve and waveform via the microcomputer.

Test Procedure Description
First, fill the test pipe fitting with water, connect and close the pipelines, adjust the test pressure, and set parameters such as pressure, cycle and frequency on the microcontroller. Start the test pump to pump water from the medium tank into the pipeline, and the system will automatically perform the pressure cycle according to the program.
Pressure Resistance Test
For the pressure resistance test, after connecting the specimen and starting the test, solenoid valve 1 is energized and opened, allowing high-pressure fluid from the main circuit to fill the specimen. The pressure sensor sends the pressure signal to the PLC for processing.
When the preset target pressure is reached, the PLC sends a command to close solenoid valve 1, and the system enters the constant pressure stage.
The accumulator in the branch circuit buffers and stores energy for the high-pressure fluid, which effectively ensures the accuracy of constant pressure. Solenoid valve 2 is used for pressure relief and can also participate in pressure regulation and control.
The adoption of the accumulator ensures that fluid from the pump quickly enters the specimen, which better guarantees the pressure rise rate during the bursting test.

Automotive Tube Oil Pressure Burst Testing Machine with a test pressure range of 0–280 MPa is mainly used for pressure resistance and burst tests of various automotive tubes up to 280 MPa.
It can be controlled by a computer, which displays parameters such as pressure curve, test pressure and test time in real time. These parameters can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range. The machine will stop automatically and give an alarm when the set values are reached.
This testing machine uses compressed air as the power source, and the output pressure is proportional to the driving air supply. When the maximum pressure is reached, the output flow is zero without additional overflow.
