I. Application Range
The electric pressure test pump developed and manufactured by Jinan Simingte uses a 380V or 220V power supply as the power source for the booster pump. It is used for pressure testing of products such as valves, pipelines, and containers. It features high pressure, fast speed, and long service life, with a maximum pressure capability of up to 400 MPa. The Simingte electric pressure test pump utilizes hydraulic power, converting oil pressure into water pressure through a Simingte booster cylinder. This working method is currently the more common approach for equipment pressure testing internationally. Due to the large displacement per single stroke, it can significantly reduce seal ring wear and extend the product's lifespan.
II. Technical Advantages Compared to Traditional Pressure Test Pumps
1. By using oil pressure as the power source for the pressure test pump and converting it based on Pascal's principle (large area driving small area), the water output per stroke is large—10 times that of common electric pressure test pumps. This greatly reduces seal ring wear and multiplies the service life.
2. Easy to automate. The high pressure can be controlled by regulating the oil pressure. Precise control of the oil pressure can be achieved using proportional hydraulic valves or servo valves, facilitating convenient pressure adjustment.
3. The equipment has a simple structure and is easy to maintain.
4. Equipped with a high-pressure one-way valve at the outlet, it can stabilize and maintain pressure, offering excellent pressure-holding performance.
5. The outlet pressure is adjustable and controllable, featuring stepless pressure regulation. The high pressure can be adjusted using the built-in oil pressure regulating valve. The output pressure is calculated as drive oil pressure multiplied by the boost ratio. This fundamentally enables high-pressure control and prevents excessively high output pressure. (Due to the incompressible nature of water, the pressure rises very quickly when testing small-volume products. This method provides maximum control over the output pressure.)
6. The equipment has a compact size and can be made into a portable product, making it easy to carry and transport.
