1. Application Scope
The rubber hose pulse testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly applied to fatigue testing of rubber hoses including automotive hoses (steering hoses, brake hoses, air-conditioning hoses, fuel hoses, cooling water hoses, heat dissipation hoses, heater hoses, air filter hoses, turbocharger system hoses, engineering hydraulic hoses), aerospace hoses and manifolds.

2. Basic Technical Parameters
Test Medium: Oil, water or ethylene glycol mixture
Pulse Pressure: 0–70 MPa (adjustable)
Pressure Control Accuracy: 0.01 MPa
Pulse Frequency: 5–30 cycles per minute (adjustable)
Pulse Pressure Waveform: Standard square wave (or trapezoidal wave); pulse width can be customized as per customer requirements
Test Medium Temperature: Ambient temperature ~ 160℃ (customizable upon request)
Mounting Forms: Vertical 90°, 180°
Test Cycles: Over 1,000,000 continuous cycles
After completing the above cycles, conduct sealing performance test; no leakage or deformation of specimens is permitted.
3. Equipment Composition
This test bench consists of three core components:
Hydraulic System: Circulation pump, pulse generator
Test Cabinet: For mounting test specimens, pressure regulation and system pressure display
Electrical Control Cabinet & Computer Test System: Start buttons and meters are integrated on the console for centralized control and real-time monitoring. The computer system collects parameters including test pressure waveforms, cycle counts and pulse frequency, supports report printing and fault alarm notification functions.

Basic Principle |
