I. Scope of the Safety Valve Grinding Bench
The safety valve grinding machine produced by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used to grind the surface finish of safety valve discs. The equipment is equipped with manual grinding and automatic grinding modes, and provides grinding surfaces of various diameters with extra-hard and ultra-smooth material. It also supports multiple grinding path modes.
It features intelligent functions such as unmanned operation, automatic recovery of waste and spilled grinding paste, and adoption of imported servo motors. These features make the grinding process more convenient and efficient, while improving the safety and reliability of the equipment.
II. Control System
The equipment is equipped with a variable speed adjustable motor, whose speed can be precisely adjusted via a knob. The system has an automatic memory function that retains the setting after power-off.
An automatic time relay is provided for the grinding process, allowing preset grinding time. When the preset time is reached, the system will alarm and prompt to shut down.
The system supports both automatic grinding and manual grinding modes, and is supplied with grinding paste.
