The Siminte HTHP Simulation Test Device for Downhole Tools is developed in accordance with relevant standards, which can effectively meet your testing objectives and accurately present test results.
This testing machine features a test pressure range of 0–210 MPa.
It is mainly used for high-temperature and high-pressure simulation tests on various packers, downhole tools and sealing components, to evaluate their high-temperature resistance, pressure resistance and sealing performance.
It can perform oil immersion performance tests under high temperature and high pressure for downhole tools of the Φ177.8 mm series, simulate the working condition of a downhole two-stage three-section string, and provide reliable simulation test data.

III. Technical Features

The high-pressure plugging tester is mainly used to simulate formation conditions such as temperature and pressure, record leakage time, leakage volume, and the leakage state of the simulated leakage zone, and statically evaluate the plugging effect of drilling mud.
Through leakage tests, the different leakage performances of various formations are studied. It provides complete and effective scientific evidence for preventing leakage in drilling engineering and correctly handling drilling leakage accidents.

The downhole tool test device is a special unit designed to meet the testing requirements of coiled tubing downhole tools under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
It is centered on a high-power variable-frequency motor-driven plunger pump and three sets of tool testing instruments, with system control realized via PLC.
The main body consists of two parts: the coiled tubing downhole tool test bench and the circulating system for simulating downhole high-temperature environment up to 300℃.
Testing is carried out by manual tool loading/unloading, automatic clamping, hydraulic propulsion and other operations, so as to evaluate the operating parameters and maintenance status of the tools.

The gravel packing sand control morphology simulation test device is used to highly simulate downhole extrusion packing operation conditions, and study the morphology of gravel under different processes, providing further reference for construction technology.
It also analyzes the influence of vertical heterogeneity of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs on the extrusion packing morphology of gravel layers.
Based on the test results, it provides an operational basis for the construction scheme and product optimization of gravel packing operations in sand control wells under different conditions.
