一、Application Scope
The valve hydrostatic pressure testing machine is suitable for sealing and pressure resistance tests of various types of valves. It is widely used in quality inspection institutions, product quality inspection stations, research institutes, universities and other fields involving the production, development and research of various valves.
The pressure test system consists of a pressurization system and a control & display system. The pressurization system is mainly composed of a liquid booster pump, which is responsible for pressurization and pressure maintenance of the system, ensuring stable pressurization and pressure maintenance for long‑term tests.
The control and display system mainly controls the pressure of driving gas, controls pressure relief, displays real‑time pressure, and controls pressurization.
The test process can be controlled by a microcomputer, which displays the test pressure‑time curve in real time. Test results can be automatically saved and printed, and data will be automatically retained in case of power failure. Parameters such as output pressure and pressure holding time can be freely set within the allowable range.
The self‑developed special control software is mature and stable, and the entire test process complies with relevant national standards.
