I. Product Application
The throttle valve test bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used to test the fatigue performance of two steel balls, the spring between the steel balls and the outer silicone O-ring of throttle valves.
It is designed to provide high-quality, high-efficiency and high-reliability throttle valves for industrial production, so as to improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs and failure rates.
In summary, the throttle valve test bench is essential testing equipment. It ensures the performance and quality of throttle valves, and improves their reliability and safety.

II. Features of Throttle Valve Test Bench
The device is equipped with a built-in pressure boosting unit, which features high reliability, durability and safety. The boosting process shall not affect test results.
The equipment cabinet is of sufficient strength to meet the requirements of transportation, handling and operation. A proper number of access doors are arranged around the cabinet to facilitate inspection, maintenance and daily upkeep of internal components.
The front panel is marked with a pneumatic circuit diagram. Internal pipelines are arranged neatly in horizontal and vertical layout with fine workmanship for easy maintenance. The main pipelines are made of stainless steel, while other pipelines adopt high-pressure resistant and high-durability hoses. Both ends of the hoses are fitted with stainless steel quick-connect fittings for fast and reliable connection, improving the convenience of daily maintenance and repair.
After assembly, routine tests and type tests shall be conducted to ensure complete airtightness without leakage under working conditions.
The overall appearance shall be smooth, flat and aesthetic with uniform and polished welds and smooth edges and corners. No collision or damage is allowed during on-site delivery, and secondary collision or scratch is prohibited during installation.
III. Technical Parameters of Throttle Valve Test Bench
System pressure: 0–50 MPa, adjustable.
Data recording: test pressure, cycle times and curves.
Two-sided impact test, up to 2 million cycles (intermittent operation is allowed according to actual working conditions).
Simulates actual service conditions.
Two test modes:
Bidirectional impact mode: one impact on the left and one on the right; high pressure 42 MPa (adjustable).
Cyclic stable oil supply mode: stable hydraulic oil supply on the left side for 1 minute and on the right side for 1 minute in repeated cycles; pressure 15 MPa (adjustable).
Pulse test frequency: 1 time per second
Medium: No. 10 aviation hydraulic oil
Flow rate under pressure stabilization: 10 mL/s
All functions integrated on one single unit
Operating oil temperature: below 70℃

The instrument valve strength testing machine is mainly used for pressure resistance strength tests of instrument valves such as flowmeter housings, cut-off valves, check valves, safety valves, regulating valves and diverter valves.
During the test, if leakage occurs during the pressure holding process, the equipment can automatically perform pressure compensation. It features stable test pressure and high pressure testing accuracy.

The intelligent water-medium high-pressure safety valve calibration bench is mainly used for performance tests on high, medium and low-pressure safety valves with a nominal pressure of PN ≤ 160 MPa, including sealing performance, popping pressure and reseating pressure.
This equipment is equipped with industrial control software, featuring digital pressure display, as well as automatic identification and recording of set pressure. All test data are automatically stored in the database, and safety valve calibration reports in Excel format specified by the customer can be generated automatically.

The equipment adopts industrial control software, with digital pressure display. It can automatically identify and record the set pressure.
