Test medium: water, hydraulic oil
Test pressure: 0–70 MPa (adjustable)
Pressure control accuracy: 0.01 MPa (subject to measuring range)
Pulse frequency: 5–120 cycles per minute (adjustable)
Test medium temperature: ambient temperature ~ 160 ℃ (customizable per customer requirements)
Single continuous test cycle: over 50,000 times
Sealing performance test shall be carried out under the above conditions; no leakage or deformation shall occur.

The throttle valve test bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used to test the fatigue performance of two steel balls, the spring between the steel balls and the outer silicone O-ring of throttle valves.
