1. Scope of Application
The condenser pulse pressure testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used for the life test of condensers under a specified number of fatigue test cycles.
Adopting computer control, the equipment can display pressure curves in real time and save test data, enabling traceability and inquiry of test records.
Main components of the testing machine adopt imported hydraulic components. Combined with Simite’s dedicated data acquisition software, the whole equipment features simple operation and stable performance, and is capable of conducting various types of pressure pulse tests.
This machine has a wide range of applications and is suitable for performance testing of condensers in the fields of automobiles, air conditioners, refrigeration equipment and other industries.

Medium for pulse cycle fatigue test: Ethylene glycol mixture or hydraulic oil
Fatigue test pressure: 0–5 MPa (adjustable)
Pressure control accuracy: 0.01 MPa (depending on the range)
Pulse frequency: (1/35~1.25) Hz (adjustable)
Pulse pressure waveform: Basic square wave (or trapezoidal wave); pulse width can be adjusted as required by the customer.
Test medium temperature: Room temperature ~ 120 ℃ (customizable per customer requirements)
When the test cycle reaches more than 300,000 times (continuous single running), conduct the sealing performance test. No leakage or deformation is allowed.
