1. Scope of Application of Air Energy Liner Pulse Testing Machine
Developed by Jinan SUPER, the water heater liner pulse testing machine is applicable to pulse pressure tests on the liners of air energy water heaters, domestic water heaters, thermal water heaters, electric water heaters, gas water heaters and quick magnetic domestic water heaters. It is used to detect the fatigue and pressure resistance of tested workpieces.
Adopting computerized control, the equipment can regulate test pressure, test duration, test cycles and test waveform, with real-time display of pressure curves and power-off data storage available. During the test, the machine generates pulse pressure with specific waveforms and frequencies and applies it to the tested liner.
Meanwhile, the testing machine records the pressure variation, temperature change and potential leakage of the liner throughout the test. By analyzing the above data, operators can evaluate the comprehensive performance of the liner under cyclic pulse pressure, so as to carry out product improvement and structural optimization based on test results.

The aviation conduit water hammer pulse testing machine is mainly used for the water hammer pulse test of aviation conduits.

The hydrogen repeated pressure cycling test system is applied to relevant tests of new energy hydrogen vehicles, including hydrogen valves, pressure reducing valves, hydrogen connectors and other hydrogen-related accessories.
The maximum test pressure reaches 80 MPa, enabling automatic pressure increase and hydrogen pressurization. The system is equipped with an automatic control system to realize automatic pressure boosting and pressure relief. Meanwhile, a temperature cabinet is configured to simulate high and low temperature environments.
Matching self-developed control software is adopted for the system. It is mainly used for life testing and hydrogen embrittlement testing of hydrogen-bearing pressure-resistant components.
