I. Application Scope
The Airbag Gas Generator Burst Testing Machine produced by Jinan SUPER is designed for burst pressure testing of airbag gas generators. It employs advanced testing technology to simulate the pressure resistance and rapid burst performance of gas generators under actual working conditions, ensuring that airbags function properly at critical moments to protect occupants' lives. The system is computer-controlled, with real-time curve display, automatic test report generation, and test data storage. The static burst test pressure reaches 400 MPa, the dynamic impact burst pressure reaches 140 MPa, and the data acquisition frequency can reach 10 Hz (in millisecond units).

Imported booster pump is adopted with automatic pressure control and stepless adjustment.
Advanced technology with rational structural design. Instantaneous burst testing employs a high-speed data acquisition card to capture test data. The instantaneous burst test uses an accumulator to store high pressure for burst pressure testing.
All pressure-bearing components are made of standard parts from internationally renowned brands, with no welded connections whatsoever.

Basic Principle |
According to the different pressure requirements of the test piece, a high-pressure pump generates high-pressure liquid, which is delivered through high-pressure steel tubing to the test piece for burst pressure testing. For instantaneous burst pressure testing, an accumulator is employed to perform rapid simulated pressure burst testing, with pressure reaching up to 140 MPa. |
