I. Scope of Application
The Jinan SUPER Brake Hose Flexure Testing Machine is mainly used for the ex-factory inspection of the following components:
Automotive hoses: steering hoses, brake hoses, air conditioning hoses, fuel hoses, cooling water hoses, heat dissipation hoses, warm air hoses, air filter hoses, turbocharger system hoses, engineering hydraulic hoses;
pulse testing of aviation hoses, manifolds and other pipe fittings.
Reference standards:
GB 16897-1997 Brake Hoses;
GB/T 7127.1-2000 and GB/T 7127.2-2000 Brake Hose Assemblies for Hydraulic Brake Systems.
II. Basic Parameters
Test medium: oil, water or glycol mixture
Test pressure: 0–70 MPa (adjustable)
Pressure display accuracy: 0.1 bar
Test cycle display: 1 cycle
Test recording: computer records and displays real-time pressure curves, collects test cycles, and prints test reports
Test medium temperature: room temperature ~ 130 ℃ (according to customer requirements)
III. Equipment Composition
The test bench consists of three main parts:
Pressure generating system: pressure pump, control valves, sensors.
Test cabinet: mainly used for installing the test pieces, regulating pressure and indicating system pressure.
Electrical control cabinet and computer test system: used for collecting test pressure and test cycle changes, printing reports and storing test data.
