1. Application Scope
The gas pulse testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is applied to air pressure fatigue pulse tests for pipe fittings, hoses, valves and other products. It supports high-temperature gas pulse fatigue testing with adjustable ambient temperature control. The equipment simulates pulse fatigue conditions where test samples are filled with high-pressure gas under specified ambient temperature.

Test Medium: Compressed air or other gases
Test Pressure: 0–0.8 MPa (adjustable)
Pressure Control Accuracy: 0.01 MPa (depends on measuring range)
Gas Pulse Frequency: 5–20 cycles per minute (adjustable)
Gas Pressure Waveform: Standard square wave (or trapezoidal wave); pulse width can be customized as per your requirements
Test Medium Temperature: Ambient temperature ~ 260℃ (customizable upon customer request)
Test Cycles: Over 1,000,000 continuous cycles
After finishing the above cycles for sealing performance test, no leakage or deformation of the sample is allowed.
