I. Application Scope
The fully automatic pulse testing machine developed by Jinan SUPER Technology is automatically controlled by computer software to support unattended automatic operation. It is equipped with dual pressure relief devices including automatic computer-controlled pressure relief and manual pressure relief, together with alarm systems for overpressure, overtime and leakage, ensuring higher safety and reliability of the whole equipment.
Built-in multiple fault diagnosis functions enable full automatic control. This machine is applied to conduct pulse pressure tests on various products, such as rubber hoses, flexible tubes, radiators, heat exchangers, air filter hoses, turbocharger system hoses, engineering hydraulic hoses, aviation hoses and manifolds, other rigid pipes and pipe fittings, as well as automotive brake pumps, valves and pipe components.
Compared with water medium, hydraulic oil medium supports high-temperature testing.

Pulse Pressure Waveform: Standard square wave (or trapezoidal wave); pulse width can be customized as required by your company.
Test Medium Temperature: Ambient temperature ~ 160 °C (customizable per customer requirements)
Maximum continuous test cycles: over 1,000,000 times.
After completing the cycles, the sealing performance shall be inspected; no leakage or deformation is allowed.
Control Mode: Computer automatic control, adopting servo or proportional control technology.
